A  10000 sq. m. a project that houses four grand court halls with all other supportive offices and justice facilities according to highest international standards. The design expresses an example of the contemporary Jordanian public architecture that relates to the rich heritage of Islamic architectural artifacts in the region. Despite the triangular site shape along with its steep topography, the design came to be uniquely fitting within the site and giving the grand impression such a building calls for.

The building is rich with its architectural details derived from the rich heritage of local stone details and local Ammani terracing urban landscape.
