A 25000 sq. m. terraced housing development comprising 165 apartment units with different types in addition to a fully landscaped (soft & hard) central park.

The design reflects the traditional regional architectural style and fulfills the highest standards of modern civic housing neighborhood taking into account all safety measurements, leisure requirements and accepted levels of privacy that could be maintained in such developments. The façade design went through many stages of development rendering all possibilities for a fresh design with oriental Mediterranean taste using local materials and vivid colors.
