The works consist of 2 main packages:

• Core and shell and electromechanical package,
• Interior Decoration and finishes package

Our duties included, but not limited to the following:

• Providing project management consultancy services to ensure uniformity and compatibility in the construction implementation between project packages in compliance with contract requirements and terms of conditions, Project Specifications, cost and implementation period time schedule.
• Providing assistance to the client to successfully manage and implement Project Time & Financial management and budget monitoring.
• Serving as a faithful adviser to the client and proposing needed measures to strengthen the quality and the progress of implementation, or to prevent delays and cost overruns.
