Jordan Islamic Bank - Amman Branch & other branches

This was the first of a series of new branches of the Jordan Islamic Bank representing the new branding of the bank. The new design is characterized with symbols of the Islamic architecture reproduced in a modern way using polished yellow Jerusalem stone and royal brown (wadi askar Saudi) granite. Muqarnas, wide arches and keystones are some of the symbols used to outline the concept. The windows are treated as stripes of curtain walls with high performance double glazed units.
The work included new designs and remodeling of tens of bank branched spread all over Jordan. The challenge was to keep the same theme of the corporate identity throughout the wide variety of set ups, scale and dimensions of branches in each and every location.
