This is a conceptual architectural competition to design a mixed-use development of about 25000 sq. m. comprising two basement floors for parking and services, a six-floor podium containing a mall, a supermarket and entertainment center in addition to nine floors containing high-end investment office spaces and five-star suite hotel in Ramallah.
