A cultural, functional and environmental approach to design was adopted… the project was designed to reflect its symbolic function while trying to make a statement to enrich the urban setting of the proposed site.   

Landscape designs and site works helped to enrich the users experience that uses the building.

The proposed design deals with green aspects such as controlling the sun rays penetrating the walls of different facades, suggesting reflected pool in the front of the building to cool up the air in the hot summer season and dramatize the experience of entering through the main façade of the building.
