Four floors 5000 sq. m. building that houses the head offices of CEGCO with an optimum internal distribution of offices reflecting the administrative and operational nature of its departments.

We carefully handled the physical differences between the structural grid and the functional/area requirements for each department in terms of office space area using multi-layering with different local materials as the main strategy for the building façades. Local creamy chiselled lime stone and desert polished pink marble where used to clad the building. This building has won the Greater Amman Municipality Award “The Best Building in Amman” for the year 2008.
