The building consists of: two basement floors used for car parking & services, and five floors above the street level, which contain administration offices & services with   total area of the project is 8088 meter square. The cost of the project is 3.125 million JD.

All facades are of stone and curtain walls. The building contained panoramic two nude elevators, and spider system for the glazed cladding around them. The work included modern electrical and mechanical systems connected to the (BMS) building management system, full decoration and furniture.
