This is four floors 6,000 Sqm. building that houses the headquarters of EDCO. The layout of the building takes a U shape enclosing a multi-height internal atrium in the center of the building.

The work included interior decoration of the main lobby, top administration offices, board meeting room and auditorium.

The building is distinguished for its well-studied facades using cream lime stone and pink marble cladding, with very fine details for the main entrance, main entrance arcade, entrance ‘Muqarnas’ and landscape.
