The International Pioneers Academy (New Activities Center) –FIRST PROPOSAL 

A 20000 sq. m. complex comprising a secondary school for boys, a kindergarten, a nursery, main administration, internal swimming pools, a multi-purpose hall and parking for cars and buses.
The unique land topography made the design a more unique piece of architecture with well-studied means of vertical and horizontal circulation elements.
 

The International Pioneers Academy (New Activities Center) –SECOND PROPOSAL 
 
This is an expansion of The International Pioneers Academy schools, it consists of two connected buildings ( A & B) with a total area 6,490 Sqm.

• Building A : (Foreign Language Program and Kindergarten) 
• Building B : (Swimming Pool Building)

Our Services included full design works, tender documents, tendering process management, bids evaluation, final negotiation and supervision.
