Arabella Hospital project is located in Irbid on Petra Street on a plot of 15,000 square meters. The existing building as a current structure consists of four floors and a settlement for support services, in addition to two sub-buildings, one of which is a warehouse for medical gases, and the other building contains a room for the generator and a room for the transformer.

The hospital capacity is 135 beds distributed as follows:

• 112 beds (patient rooms and suites)
• 8 beds (ICU)
• 8 beds (intensive care department)
• 7 beds (pediatric intensive care department)

The project contains the following:

 
Basement Floor Departments

Central sterilization unit, central kitchen, central washing department, medical devices maintenance department, staff changing rooms, prayer room, main electrical and mechanical rooms, the main warehouses, the central pharmacy, the human resources affairs department, the physical therapy and rehabilitation department and the staff cafeteria.

Ground Floor Departments

The main entrance, hospital administration, accounting and insurance department, emergency department, medical laboratories, dialysis department, radiology department.

First Floor Departments

Maternity department, intensive care department, premature and incubator department, patient wards and rooms.

Second Floor Departments

Fertility department, cardiology clinic department, endoscopy department, respiratory disease department, patient wards and rooms.

Third Floor Departments

Operations department, catheter department, intensive care department, inpatient sleeps, wards and patient rooms.

Our services in this project included preparing studies, designs, tender documents and bill of quantities for architectural finishes and electrical and mechanical works for the project.
