This is the first medical facility of its kind to be established in the region depending on the latest genetic engineering technologies. The facility shall house a strong room to store baby cords to be used in the future to cure people depending on their own stem cells.

It is a modern look stone cladded building with glass curtain façades, the building built-up area is 1,133 Sqm. Basement floor contains the electrical and mechanical services; ground floor will house the baby cord bank facility with two medical laboratories and administrative area. The first floor will receive basic finishing to be used as an open area office. The site plan will contain car parking and landscaped areas.
