The project compromise: outpatient clinics, mortuary chambers, corpses washing room, autopsy halls, prosecutors office, administrative offices, library, gallery, forensic research laboratories and multi-purpose rooms in addition to lecture halls in addition to services rooms; transformer room, generator room, gases room, car parking, and roofed parking for ambulance car.

The work also included landscape works, architectural, HVAC, sewage, electrical systems, and medical equipment engineering.
