This project is located in a prime location next to the diplomatic quarter in Riyadh. It comprises over 1,000,000 sq.m. built up area in the form of a complete medical city on a 250,000 sq.m. land. This complex contains a number of highly specialized hospitals and high-end medical centers covering all medical specialties.

The village contains housing complexes, mixed use buildings with commercial outlets, medical and nonmedical office spaces, a hotel, and a schools complex. The design followed a distinguished temporary design theme fulfilling advanced sustainability standards and applying original local Saudi architectural concepts in modern forms, such as courtyards, shaded colonnades, and ventilated facades and some of the local architectural elements with environmental function.

The preliminary design of this project was finished in joint-venture with Mangado Associiados SL and R. Sanabria Architectos SL of Spain.
