This is a World Bank-financed project comprising interpretive facilities for Wadi Rum visitors. It also provides hospitality and tourist security services. We stepped into the project amidst its construction as emergency construction managers and financial controllers for the owner; Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA).

We were successful in finishing the works within the required time limit following a crushing schedule and managing the work through tens of sub-contractors.

Our approach was strictly sensitive to the fragile untouchable kind of environment surrounding the site.
