This is a steel structure that houses the regional operations facility for DHL; the worldwide well-known courier company. The design took care of the intricate functions of the facility that handles the air/land operations of the west Asia region. The building houses administrative and governmental offices in addition to land side and air side storage and goods handling spaces.

The architecture of the building expresses the sleek minimalist modern attitude of the DHL company applied with its corporate colors.

The master plan of this project and the project management of different sub contractors resembled a success story for BC.
