This is a 9000 sq. m. extension to an existing major mall and mixed-use commercial complex. The project’s challenge was to make the addition compatible with the original design and at the same time to present a new look to the extension.

Another challenge was to expand a functioning mall keeping it running all year round. Considerable efforts were paid in the municipal approvals and in fulfilling the demanding requirements of the fire brigade (Department of Civil Defense).
