AL HURRIAH MALL BRANCH

The project is located in Jordan – Amman / Al Horia Shopping mall with a total built-up area of (6660) m2, and the estimated cost of about 1,200,000 JOD. The scope of the provided engineering services included pre and post contract services covering architectural and electromechanical aspects and can be summarized as follows:

• Full architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical designs, detailed drawings, and specifications. Additionally, the scope included following up with the (Civil Defense Department CDD) to obtain the approvals to ensure the compliance of all provided designs CDD codes requirements and regulations
• Bidding and awarding process management
• Supervision: which included full-time construction supervision until the end of the contract completion including all aspects related to contract management during construction.
