A 32 donum landscaped park in the place of old Abdali Terminal. The park contains a multi-media public library, a mosque, a café, an internal garden (conservatory,) large areas of external gardens water features and open urban plazas and terraces. Part of the park has two plates of parking garages under a roof garden.

The concept design was carried out by an internationally respected landscape designer; Caputo International-Italy, while design development, detailed designs and tender documents were developed by Bitar Consultants for the Greater Amman Municipality.  

The  Park Design offers an example of a sustainable conscious concept for Urban space with  energy-aware public .
