The project is a 12 donum landscaped park in the middle of a high end mixed use commercial/residential neighborhood in Amman.

The design creates a new park for the people, providing areas for relaxation, exhibition, socialization and leisure, moreover; it contributes to improving the traffic flow in the area by providing ample car parking underground, for 250 car parks.

The concept design was carried out by an internationally respected landscape designer; Lovejoy-London, while the detailed designs and tender documents were done by Bitar Consultants for the client: Greater Amman Municipality.
