Our services included completing full Architectural & Engineering design services and tender documents for the renovation of Sahet Al-Thwra AlArabia The duration of the design works extended from 5/2016 to 7/2016. the estimated cost is 3.1 Million USD.

The project is located in Aqaba - Jordan, and it consists of a complex containing: Administrative and services buildings, Visitor centers, Theatre, Landscaping, exterior urban spaces, parking and green areas, and site services, Architectural and Engineering services included: full architectural, detailed drawings and facades details based on the concept design. The scope also included the structural design and its detailed drawings, the electrical designs and its detailed drawings, the mechanical designs and its detailed drawings, the site works (landscaping, exterior urban spaces, parking and green areas and site services), preparation of bills of quantities, technical specifications and tender documents for construction contract.

Principles of “green buildings” were applied in this project through applying the strategies of saving natural environment resources, using energy and water-saving strategies and devices, maximizing the use of natural ventilation and lighting, creating a healthy indoor environment through the use of modern techniques and technologies and wisdom in using building materials.
