This project is one of The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) plans to implement a scheme to increase green urban space as part of a strategy focusing on the environment and make the capital a green, citizen-friendly city by 2020.

The parks included these main features:

• Football field
• Sand playground
• Kids rubber playground
• Multi-functional hall including kid’s hall, administration offices, services, and facilities.
• Signage system
• Park furniture
• Walking & cycling track
• Shaded areas

Design works were done due to the highest international standards for these kinds of projects and taking into consideration all safety codes.
