An 18000 sq. m. housing development comprising seven apartment buildings containing 168 apartment units with different types in addition to three central gardens fully landscaped (soft & hard).
The design reflects a modern regional architectural style that fulfills advanced standards of housing taking into account all safety measurements, leisure requirements and good levels of privacy that could be maintained in such developments. The first stage of the project comprised two blocks leaving five other blocks to be constructed in the future.
