This is a villa designed in an Islamic regional spirit applying the concepts of privacy, central courtyard and many architectural vocabulary from the rich regional traditions in a modern way. It is located on a corner plot in Abdoun; a distinguished neighbourhood in Amman. The design celebrated the use of stone in terms of shape, color and detail.

This villa is considered among local architects as a major landmark in villa designs in modern Jordan architecture and much admired and studied by student as an important example of villas of its own era.
