These are two master plans that we developed for JEA on rather sloppy sites in Amman - Al Yadouda & Al Ain Al Beida. The assignment included the site analysis, site topography and regulations study.

The master plan was deigned as an optimum layout that yields the largest number of housing unit plots, in the most regular shapes, with the most wide and simple roads pattern and above all of that being in harmony with the natural slope in streets and plots.
