The project includes the design of the storm water drainage network along 2 km of the Princess Aisha Bint Al Hussein road in Al Dhlial in Al-Zarqa. The road had suffered of improper storm water drainage where undrained water used to flood into the nearby residential properties. A hydrological study was conducted to help defining the amount of rainfall and the volume of un-drainable storm water.

Based on the hydrological study, the design solved the flooding issue through creating an open box culvert along the street in addition to pipe culverts in order to prevent the flooding of the nearby residential properties
